Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand and selected international destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the shipping provider and destination.
International Transfers
Some service providers used by ArteloCat may store or process information outside New Zealand. By using our website, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred and processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the damage where possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ArteloCat is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
